Dancing with all one's might before the presence is the whole vital energy of a person set into rhythmic, unashamed motion toward the divine center, the life-force expressed rather than restrained. David, whose name opens to beloved, is the self at the height of its power that yet lays its dignity down and moves in pure joy before the higher.

ESOTERIC
Dancing with all one's might before the presence is the whole vital energy of a person set into rhythmic, unashamed motion toward the divine center, the life-force expressed rather than restrained. David, whose name opens to beloved, is the self at the height of its power that yet lays its dignity down and moves in pure joy before the higher. The linen ephod, a plain white garment worn against the body, is the purified nature stripped of royal ostentation, covering the self only in what is clean and simple. What occurs in a person is the surrender of pride into rejoicing: the beloved faculty, strongest in the self, girds itself in purity and lets its full energy leap before its own source without holding anything back for the sake of appearance.
The might poured into the dance is the concentrated vitality of the self given wholly to the movement toward God within.

SELF-HELP
A person who keeps one eye on how they look can never get all the way into anything.
State changes through the body before it changes through thought. Full-out motion, breath, and pace generate the emotion, the emotion opens what a person is willing to give, and what a man has thrown his whole body into becomes something he believes rather than something he merely affirms.
A king down to a linen ephod has decided that his standing is not among the things being guarded in the presence of Yahweh, and that decision is what unlocks the intensity. Whoever holds back a portion for the sake of dignity is moving toward the approval of watchers and away from his own experience, and he pays for it by never once feeling what he claims to believe.
