The error named here is placing the resurrection in finished history, treating it as a thing done once and left behind. That is exactly backward.

MANIFESTATION
The error named here is placing the resurrection in finished history, treating it as a thing done once and left behind. That is exactly backward. The resurrection is not past and not yet to come as one distant event; it is ongoing now, within everyone in whom God became man, an awakening that happens person by person in his own order. To lock it in the past is to empty the present of the very power the story was pointing to.
Christ buried in bodies of dust rises in each one when that one is ready, and the rising is a present inner change, the daily death of revision by which a person remakes what he has lived. Faith is overthrown when this living event is turned into a closed chapter. The resurrection is happening inside a reader as he reads, not behind him in a page of chronicle.

What are you filing away as finished that is actually still happening in you?
Stop hunting for it in old records and finished stories. The thing you are looking for is working right where you are standing, this moment and no other.
He told them not to lean on him as a past event but to be their own lamp. The waking up was never handed over as history.
The way has no beginning you can go back to and no end you can wait for, which is why holding it as something finished misses it entirely. It is only ever available now.
