Acts 3:6 · World English Bible
But Peter said, “I have no silver or gold, but what I have, that I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, get up and walk!”
Peter is the settled awareness in a person that stops crediting outer things with power. Having no silver or gold means he no longer looks to money or circumstance to mend anything, because those never carried the power he was asked for.
From the Manifestation reading below.
The same verse, read by one tradition.

MANIFESTATION
Peter is the settled awareness in a person that stops crediting outer things with power. Having no silver or gold means he no longer looks to money or circumstance to mend anything, because those never carried the power he was asked for. The lame beggar is another person held in a crippled state, and the temple gate where he sits is your own consciousness, the only place where a condition is set. Peter gives a change of conception. He stops pitying the man as lame and represents him whole, walking, complete.
To speak in the name of Jesus Christ is to take up the awareness of being, the I AM in you, and from there declare the man already risen. Seeing another the way you want him to be, and yielding to that inner picture, is what lifts him.

Who am I keeping stuck by the way I keep picturing them?
A teacher treats the student as already awake, and that treatment is the whole teaching. Nothing is added, a false picture is simply dropped.
The wise meet people with the goodness they are capable of, not the record of what they have been. Held that way, people tend to rise into it.
It is not the thing that holds someone down, it is the view taken of it. Change the view and what seemed fixed turns out to be loose.
