Acts 4:25 · World English Bible
who by the mouth of your servant, David, said, ‘Why do the nations rage, and the peoples plot a vain thing?
The whole world is set against the birth of the child forming inside a person, and it rages against him without power to stop his coming. David, who speaks the words, is all of humanity fused into a single figure, the anointed son who rises in a person and reveals him to be the Father.

MANIFESTATION
The whole world is set against the birth of the child forming inside a person, and it rages against him without power to stop his coming. David, who speaks the words, is all of humanity fused into a single figure, the anointed son who rises in a person and reveals him to be the Father. The heathen who rage and the people who plot are the settled order of things outside, arranged from the start to oppose that inner birth.
They imagine vain things because their opposition is empty. The son is already appointed to be born, and nothing gathered against him alters that. What looks like the world crowding in to prevent your awakening is only the labor around it. The child comes, calls you Father, and the raging turns out to have decided nothing.

What am I treating as a verdict when it's really just noise?
Water is soft and gives way to everything, yet it wears down stone. What seems overwhelming has no grip on what is quietly unstoppable.
What stands in the way turns out to be part of the way. Resistance does not stop the thing, it becomes the material it is built from.
What is truly real cannot be destroyed, and what passes was never solid to begin with. The noise against you belongs to the second kind.
