Daniel 10:13 Meaning But the Prince of the Kingdom

But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days; but, behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me because I remained there with the kings of Persia.

What does Daniel 10:13 mean?

The resistance holds for a fixed span because creation itself runs on 2 poles, and the opposite charge of energy must have its hour before the higher current can arrive. The prince of Persia is that contrary polarity, the counter-force built into things, standing against the inward messenger not out of evil but because polarity is the law by which anything gets made.

Then the el power within stirs, the God-force that turns the mind back toward its own source, and the balance shifts.

The whole encounter is inner, a psychic meeting projected onto princes and kingdoms. The delay was never a war in the sky, only the time an opposing charge must run before the homeward force breaks through.

  1. When something you want is stuck and the days keep passing, stop trying to force it for one sitting. Let the pushback have its hour, breathe, and see what in you steadies while nothing moves.
  2. Next time a person disagrees with you in a group chat or at the dinner table, treat the pushback as the other half of the thing taking shape. Ask them one real question instead of pressing your point again.
  3. In a meeting where you hit a wall, count to three before you answer. Let the resistance finish speaking, then let the quieter, clearer part of you respond.

What have I been calling an enemy when it was really the other pole holding the thing in place?

Tao Te Ching 2

Things come into being only against their opposites. Nothing can rise without something pushing back, so the resistance you meet is part of how the thing gets made.

The play of the world runs on paired forces that rise and fall in turn. The one who watches from the center lets them have their hour and is not dragged under by either.
