Ephesians 2:21 · World English Bible
in whom the whole building, fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord;
The temple is not a structure of stone but the being a person is daily constructing for God to dwell in, and that being is himself. Every state he assumes is a stone set into place, and fitly framed together means the assumed states cohering into one whole rather than scattering.

MANIFESTATION
The temple is not a structure of stone but the being a person is daily constructing for God to dwell in, and that being is himself. Every state he assumes is a stone set into place, and fitly framed together means the assumed states cohering into one whole rather than scattering. The one they are framed in is Christ, the human imagination, the true I AM within, so the imagination is both the builder and the ground the whole thing rises upon.
Growing into a holy temple is the slow forming of God's own image in a person until Maker and made are no longer two. He is not adding rooms to a finished house. He is being shaped, assumption by assumption, into the dwelling that turns out to be identical with the one who dwells. The temple a person builds with his states of consciousness is the very self God is becoming in him, and the growth ends when the two are found to be one.
Manifestation lens
What am I slowly becoming, one ordinary hour at a time?
A great vessel takes a long time to finish. What is still being shaped looks unfinished only to the impatient eye.
Drop by drop the jar fills. A life is built out of the small states a person keeps returning to.
The wall is built one stone at a time, and the builder is being built. By the end you cannot say which is the work and which is the worker.
