Exodus 24:4 Meaning Moses Wrote All Yahweh’s Words

Moses wrote all Yahweh’s words, then rose up early in the morning and built an altar at the base of the mountain, with twelve pillars for the twelve tribes of Israel.

What does Exodus 24:4 mean?

The number 12 is the full circle of powers in a person, the 12 faculties by which the whole nature is governed, the same count carried in the tribes, the months, and the signs around the wheel. The 12 pillars are those powers set upright and made to stand, each faculty given its place at the base of the ascent.

The number 12 is the full circle of powers in a person, the 12 faculties by which the whole nature is governed, the same count carried in the tribes, the months, and the signs around the wheel. The 12 pillars are those powers set upright and made to stand, each faculty given its place at the base of the ascent. The altar under the hill is the point of offering at the foot of the climb, where the lower is surrendered before the higher ground is taken.

Rising early is the waking of awareness at the first light of a new state, and the writing down is the fixing of the higher word in the mind so it will hold. A person orders the whole company of inner powers and sets them upright before beginning the ascent within.

The altar: the point of offering at the foot of the climb, where the lower self is surrendered before the higher ground is entered The hill: the rising ground of consciousness that must be ascended from below 12 pillars: the 12 faculties of a person set upright and made to stand, the full circle of inner powers 12 tribes: the complete company of faculties that govern the whole nature, the same count as the months and the signs of the wheel

Live Exodus 24:4 today

  1. Before the day picks up, write down the few things that actually matter today, by hand if you can. Seeing them lined up is different from carrying them loose in your head.
  2. With your household or your team, say out loud what today is for. One sentence, before anyone opens a laptop, so everyone is standing on the same ground.
  3. When the pressure arrives and everything looks urgent, go back to the list you made this morning. That version of you was calmer and was looking at the whole thing.

What would today look like if I set it in order before it set me in motion?

Gather the scattered powers before the climb. A mind pulled in every direction cannot carry you anywhere, and a gathered one goes far.

Before enlightenment, carry water, chop wood. The ordinary work laid out in order is the floor the rest of it stands on.

At first light, know what you are for. Set your intentions upright before the day starts pulling at them and you will not be dragged by every passing thing.
