Ezekiel 10:12 Meaning Their Whole Body
Their whole body, including their backs, their hands, their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes all around, even the wheels that the four of them had.

Ezekiel 10:12 · World English Bible
Their whole body, including their backs, their hands, their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes all around, even the wheels that the four of them had.
Every surface of these living forms is covered with eyes, front and back, on the wings, on the very wheels. Nothing looks in only one direction.
From the Ego v. Being reading below.
The same verse, read by 2 traditions.

EGO & BEING
Every surface of these living forms is covered with eyes, front and back, on the wings, on the very wheels. Nothing looks in only one direction. The whole being sees, everywhere, at once.
Here awareness has no blind side. In a person, most seeing is narrow, fixed on one worry while the rest of life goes unnoticed. But underneath the narrow gaze lives a wider watching that takes in everything without strain. When someone rests in that open attention, they are all eyes, awake to the whole of the moment rather than lost in a single corner of it.

ESOTERIC
The whole living machine of this vision is covered over with perception. Body, backs, hands, wings, and turning wheels are studded with eyes, which is to say the entire craft is awareness itself, understanding round about with no blind side. This is not far-off machinery in the sky but anatomy switched on: when a person raises his frequency the brain activates and beings and realities normally invisible come into view.
Wheels within wheels are a cosmic engine bound to the awakened head, and the eyes everywhere upon it are the mind's own enlightenment made total. The body becomes the temple of the holy ghost, and every surface of it sees.
Body: the temple of the holy ghost, the living instrument switched on Wheels: the cosmic machine bound to the activated brain, turning within one another Eyes: mental perception, understanding, enlightenment spread round about
Ego v. Being lens
What have I been missing while staring at one corner of my life?
Open attention is like a mirror. It does not pick out one thing, it receives whatever stands before it, equally and without strain.
Awareness can be as wide as the sky, holding every sound and sensation at once, rather than a narrow beam fixed on a single worry.
The cook's blade never catches, because he stopped carving by force and let it pass through the openings already there. Seeing the whole situation makes the movement effortless.
