Galatians 4:10 Meaning You Observe Days

You observe days, months, seasons, and years.

What does Galatians 4:10 mean?

A gentle rebuke lands here on anyone who has handed his life over to the calendar. Waiting for the right day, the right season, the lucky year, confesses that a person believes power lives in time rather than in himself.

MANIFESTATION

Manifestation

A gentle rebuke lands here on anyone who has handed his life over to the calendar. Waiting for the right day, the right season, the lucky year, confesses that a person believes power lives in time rather than in himself. He watches the clock instead of the state he is holding, and so the clock rules him.

No hour is more charged than another for the one who understands where creation happens. A desire assumed as already fulfilled does not need a favorable date to become fact. The feeling carries it. Bowing to days and years is bowing to the outer world as master. The one who knows the imagination is the maker is free of the calendar entirely, because he no longer waits for permission from time.

Live Galatians 4:10 today

  1. Something you have been saving for Monday, for the new month, for after the trip: do the first small piece of it today, in whatever ten minutes you actually have.
  2. When a friend says they will start once things settle down, do not pile on pressure, just be someone who clearly is not waiting. That is more persuasive than advice.
  3. In a stuck afternoon when the day feels wasted, drop the idea that this hour is a bad hour. Hold the state you want right here, in traffic or in line, since it costs nothing to.

What am I waiting for permission from?
