Genesis 18:14 Meaning Is Anything Too Hard for Yahweh

Is anything too hard for Yahweh? At the set time I will return to you, when the season comes round, and Sarah will have a son.

What does Genesis 18:14 mean?

Nothing is too hard for love, because difficulty belongs to the world of bodies and outcomes, not to a shift in the mind. What the ego calls impossible is only what the past has forbidden, and love is under no such rule.

CHRISTIAN PSYCHOLOGY

Christian Psychology

Nothing is too hard for love, because difficulty belongs to the world of bodies and outcomes, not to a shift in the mind. What the ego calls impossible is only what the past has forbidden, and love is under no such rule. The question is really put to the doubter, to loosen its certainty that some things cannot change.

The part of the self declared barren will bring forth at the appointed time, for love keeps its word regardless of how final the verdict seemed. A mind that believed itself past all hope learns that hopelessness was never the truth about it.

Sarah: the part of the self judged empty and hopeless, the ground where the mind is sure nothing can grow.

MANIFESTATION

Manifestation

Abraham is the settled inner state in which the promise of a child is made, and Sarah is the soul that carries and brings that promised child to birth. When a man and woman past all hope of children are told a son is coming, the impossible thing is your own desire, held as fulfilled inside you until it grows to term. Nothing is too hard for I AM, because I AM is the only power there is.

The appointed time is not a date on a calendar. It is the interval every assumed state needs to ripen, the way a seed keeps its own season no matter how you fret. You hold the feeling of the wish already answered, and the promise returns to you as fact when it is full grown. The son born is your accepted state, at last made visible.

ESOTERIC

Esoteric

The higher mind is bounded by nothing, and at the fixed inner season it comes back to the spiritual side of a person to bring forth new consciousness. Sarah is the right hemisphere, the receptive spiritual ground long thought barren, and the promise is that when the appointed hour of ripening arrives she will yield her son. Birth here is not of the body but of awareness: the right brain, in its own time of life, produces the fruit that the reasoning side alone could never force.

What the lower faculties dismiss as impossible is simply waiting on its proper cycle, for the higher mind returns on schedule and the spiritual side conceives when the season of life within a person turns toward it.

Lord: the higher mind, the elevated awareness that returns on its appointed cycle Sarah: the right hemisphere, the receptive spiritual ground where new consciousness is conceived

Live Genesis 18:14 today

  1. Write down the thing you have decided is hopeless, then write the smallest possible next move on it. Do that move today even though you do not believe it will matter.
  2. When someone says "that will never work" today, ask gently what would have to be true for it to work. Hold the question open instead of agreeing.
  3. In the middle of a day that feels fixed and immovable, change one small thing on purpose, the route, the order, who you call first. Let the day prove it is not as set as it looks.

What have you called too hard when you really meant too unfamiliar?

Things themselves do not stop us, our judgments about them do. Impossible is usually a conclusion, not a fact.

The wall you keep testing with your hand is the one you built. Push once more and you may find there was never anything there.

What looks far off begins with one ordinary step. The scale of the thing is not the obstacle, the unmoved foot is.
