Genesis 41:32 · World English Bible
The dream was doubled to Pharaoh, because the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.
A thing felt twice, once and then again with the same certainty, has taken root. The doubling of Pharaoh's dream describes what happens inside a man when an assumption stops being a single wish and becomes a fixed conviction, repeated until it feels beyond question.
From the Manifestation reading below.

MANIFESTATION
A thing felt twice, once and then again with the same certainty, has taken root. The doubling of Pharaoh's dream describes what happens inside a man when an assumption stops being a single wish and becomes a fixed conviction, repeated until it feels beyond question. Repetition here is not begging but the settling of a state until the mind can no longer doubt it.
When an inner scene reaches that firmness, it is established, and established states externalize. God is the power of imagination, and what it holds without wavering it shortly brings to pass. The waiting shrinks as the certainty grows. A conviction confirmed within itself, no longer needing evidence to stand, has already begun its journey into fact. What is doubled in feeling is fixed, and what is fixed comes to be.

Is this a wish I keep restating, or something I have quietly stopped doubting?
A thought returned to again and again wears a path in the mind, and the path becomes the direction a life travels.
Epictetus said no one becomes anything by a single decision. The thing becomes yours by repetition until it is settled and you no longer argue with it.
Patanjali taught that steadiness comes from long, unbroken practice held with care, until the mind rests in one thing without wobbling.
