Isaiah 11:16 · World English Bible

Isaiah 11:16 Meaning There Will Be a Highway

There will be a highway for the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, like there was for Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.

What does Isaiah 11:16 mean?

The highway is the pineal path through the center of the brain, the narrow inner road that pulls a person up from the carnal mind toward the God-mind. The remnant left is what remains clear and awake in a person, the portion fit to travel it, and Egypt is the lower mind it climbs out of just as the ancient line came up from that land.

Esoteric

The highway is the pineal path through the center of the brain, the narrow inner road that pulls a person up from the carnal mind toward the God-mind. The remnant left is what remains clear and awake in a person, the portion fit to travel it, and Egypt is the lower mind it climbs out of just as the ancient line came up from that land. Israel is the whole inner order, Isis the spirit, Ra the mind, El the God within, and the road carries this order home. The coming up out of Egypt is the rising of consciousness from its lower state along that single prepared way.

There is a built path inside the head that lifts the awake part of a person out of lower thinking into the higher mind, the same climb the old story tells as leaving Egypt.

Live Isaiah 11:16 today

  1. Pick one small thing that lifts you, ten quiet minutes or a walk without the phone, and do it today rather than reading about it. Information is not the climb.
  2. Tell one person the next real step you are taking, not the whole plan. Saying it out loud to someone puts your feet back on the road.
  3. When the day fills up and the climb feels impossible, take the smallest version of the step instead of skipping it. Two minutes keeps the road open; zero closes it.

Am I actually walking this, or just studying the route?

The same truth in other traditions

Buddhism · the eightfold path

There is an actual road, and walking it is more than admiring the map. The way up is laid out step by step, not stumbled into.

Tao Te Ching 64

A thousand-mile journey starts under your own feet. The long climb is made of the single step available right now.

Sufism

The path has stations, and each one is left behind as you rise. You cannot skip a stage by reading about the next one.
