The higher mind disowns the voices that speak in borrowed authority. What claims to prophesy in the Name has not been sent from the inner source; it repeats a lie dressed in sacred words, and following it drives a person out of the true land within and into ruin. The Name is not a set of letters to invoke but the Way itself, the practice of gathering sight into the single eye. Where that practice is absent, the message is counterfeit no matter how holy it sounds.
Written words handed down have been altered by men, and the prophets who lean on the letter rather than the inner meditation lead their hearers away from the source instead of toward it. Perishing is simply being cut off from that inner supply while trusting a voice that was never sent.
The Lord: the higher mind, the inner source that sends or disowns what is spoken.
Name: the Way, the path itself, not a set of letters to invoke; here the practice of single-eye meditation.
