For I am full of words. The spirit within me constrains me.
There is a fullness that has nothing to do with the mind's restless chatter. It is the pressure of life itself seeking to move through you and take form.
From the Ego v. Being reading below.
The same verse, read by one tradition.

EGO & BEING
There is a fullness that has nothing to do with the mind's restless chatter. It is the pressure of life itself seeking to move through you and take form. When you feel genuinely constrained from within to speak, notice whether it rises from anxious thinking or from a deeper stillness.
What truly presses to be expressed does not come from the ego's need to be heard. It comes from the spirit within, the aliveness beneath your thoughts, asking to flow outward the way a full spring overflows. You speak then not to fill the silence, but because something real in you has grown too alive to stay unexpressed.
Ego v. Being lens
Is this coming from something full in me, or from something afraid?
Water benefits everything without striving, going always to the low places. Right action flows out that way rather than being forced.

Act because the work is yours to do, not because you crave the result or the credit. The same deed from need and from fullness are two different things.
