Joel 1:10 · World English Bible
The field is laid waste. The land mourns, for the grain is destroyed, The new wine has dried up, and the oil languishes.
The oil is the kundalini fluid, the substance meant to be raised up the spine from the genitals to the pineal gland, and here it languishes because it has spilled outward and drained away instead of rising. When that fluid fails, the whole inner ground dries with it: the corn that is wisdom is spent, and the new wine that is the spirit of the right side of the head is dried up, so nothing is left to lift.

ESOTERIC
The oil is the kundalini fluid, the substance meant to be raised up the spine from the genitals to the pineal gland, and here it languishes because it has spilled outward and drained away instead of rising. When that fluid fails, the whole inner ground dries with it: the corn that is wisdom is spent, and the new wine that is the spirit of the right side of the head is dried up, so nothing is left to lift.
The field going to waste is the body no longer feeding the higher work, mourning because the energy that once climbed within it has run out through the senses. The withering is not weather over a farm; it is a person whose inner fuel has emptied downward, leaving the head unlit.
Field: the body as the ground that was meant to feed the higher life within Corn: wisdom, the grain of the inner harvest, here spent New wine: the spirit of the right hemisphere of the brain, here dried up Oil: the kundalini fluid meant to rise up the spine from the genitals to the pineal, here languishing and drained outward
Esoteric lens
Where is my energy running out of me today without my ever deciding to spend it?
Too much color blinds the eye and too much flavor dulls the tongue. Chasing after the senses leaves a person spent and strangely empty.
Unguarded senses are like an unroofed house in the rain. What should nourish a person leaks away until there is nothing left to build with.
When energy is gathered and held rather than scattered outward, strength returns. It is restraint, not more input, that fills the inner vessel.
