MANIFESTATION

Manifestation

Thanks comes before any sign of change, and that is the whole secret standing in plain view. The dead is a desire you have given up as buried, laid away in a tomb you sealed yourself. The stone rolled back is the doubt removed, the moment you stop guarding the grave with reasons the thing cannot happen. Father here is your own awareness of being, the power in you that conceives, always greater than anything it conceives.

He does not beg for the friend to rise. He gives thanks that he has already been heard, and the thanks is the assumption held as settled. A desire felt as already met is a prayer already answered, so the feeling comes first and the fact follows it. You thank the awareness in you before the eyes report a thing, and the report catches up. That inward gratitude, held steadily, is what raises what you had counted dead.

Live John 11:41 today

  1. Before anything in your day has gone right, say a quiet thank you for the thing you want as if it is already done. Then go about the morning.
  2. Thank someone today for something they have not finished yet, warmly and without pressure, because you trust them. Watch what that does to both of you.
  3. When the situation looks worst, around 3pm, mid-argument, mid-mess, drop the pleading tone and settle into the quiet certainty that it is handled. Act from settled, not from begging.

What would you be grateful for tonight if the news had already come?

Sufism · Rumi

Giving thanks for abundance is sweeter than the abundance itself. The one who takes the gift as already given is the one who is full.

Stoicism · Epictetus

Do not ask that things happen as you want them to. Want them to happen as they do, and your life goes well.

Buddhism

Whatever you dwell on is what the mind leans toward, and what it leans toward it eventually becomes. The leaning comes first.
