When the mind brings the gifts of love safely home, it finds that abundance does not strain what receives it. A mind may fear that so much given at once will tear the vessel that holds it, that love in its fullness is more than it can bear.

CHRISTIAN PSYCHOLOGY
When the mind brings the gifts of love safely home, it finds that abundance does not strain what receives it. A mind may fear that so much given at once will tear the vessel that holds it, that love in its fullness is more than it can bear. Yet the net holds, for what love gives is fitted exactly to what the mind can carry, and nothing true was ever given to break the one who receives it.
The counting of the gifts changes nothing. However great the number seems, love's abundance rests whole in a mind willing to draw it in.
Simon Peter: the part of the mind that now labors under guidance and brings love's gifts to solid ground Net: the capacity of the mind to hold what love gives, proven whole under a weight it feared would break it Fishes: the countless gifts of love, each one a token of the abundance the mind had thought it lacked Land: the firm ground of truth where the mind brings home what love has given, safe from the deep of fear

ESOTERIC
The number 153 is the whole point of the catch, a figure that encodes life and consciousness drawn up complete, the full yield of the current raised without loss. The fishes are the energies gathered from the deep waters of the lower self, and hauling them to land is the lifting of that energy up into awareness, brought into the light of the higher centers. That the net holds and is not broken says the vessel of the body can bear the full rising when the work is done rightly, nothing spilled back into the depths. Peter drawing it up is the faculty in a person that does the lifting.
So the strange exact count is not a fisherman's tally but a measure of consciousness gathered whole, the complete harvest of energy raised from the deep and held.
The fishes: the scattered energies of the lower self, drawn up from the deep waters into awareness The number 153: the encoded figure of life and consciousness gathered complete, the full yield of the current raised The net: the vessel of the body, able to hold the whole rising without breaking The sea: the deep of the lower, unraised self from which the energies are drawn up
Christian Psychology lens
What have you been turning down because you were sure it was more than you could hold?
The valley holds the rivers without ever filling, and what gives way is never broken by what pours in.
Nothing happens to anyone that they are not formed by nature to bear. The weight that comes is matched to the one who carries it.
The mind that opens does not crack under what arrives. It is clinging and resisting that tear, not receiving.
