Luke 11:23 Meaning He That Is Not with Me Is

He that is not with me is against me. He who doesn’t gather with me scatters.

CHRISTIAN PSYCHOLOGY

Christian Psychology

There is no neutral ground in the mind. In any moment it is teaching itself either love or fear, and there is no third position where it teaches nothing. To imagine a middle place is only fear disguised as fairness, a way of keeping separation alive while pretending to keep the peace. A mind that will not join with love has already sided with the belief that it stands apart, and everything it does then works to scatter what love would draw into one.

So the choice is far simpler than it appears. Every thought either moves the mind toward the recognition that all are one, or drives the pieces further from each other. Whichever teacher it welcomes, that is the one it has chosen for the whole day.

MANIFESTATION

Manifestation

The "me" that must be joined is your own imagination, the awareness of being that says I am. Every mood, every inner picture, either stands with the state you intend or works against it. No neutral ground lies between them. To hold the feeling of the wish fulfilled is to be with it. To dwell on lack while claiming to want the opposite is to be against it, whatever the lips say.

Gathering is the steady drawing of your attention into one assumption until it holds together as a felt fact. Scattering is the divided mind, wanting one thing and rehearsing its absence, so the energy spreads thin and nothing sets. A man collects his desire when he lives from it in feeling, and he disperses it when he keeps returning to the empty room. The inner state you consent to is the one that gathers your world around it.

Live Luke 11:23 today

  1. Before you unlock your phone this morning, pick which way you want the day to lean, toward people or away from them, because it will lean one way regardless.
  2. When a friend shares something and you feel the urge to stay vague and safe, say something real instead. Lukewarm is not neutral, it reads as distance.
  3. In a conflict at work, resist the comfortable position of staying above it all. Either help bring the pieces together or admit that keeping your distance is also a side.

Where am I calling it neutral when I have already quietly chosen?
