Luke 22:7 Meaning The Day of Unleavened Bread Came

The day of unleavened bread came, on which the Passover must be sacrificed.

What does Luke 22:7 mean?

The passover is the crossing from the left hemisphere to the right, the passing over from the carnal, worldly mind into the higher seat within, and it must be killed, meaning enacted and completed in a person, not merely observed. The unleavened bread is pure truth carried without the leaven of outside influence, and bread itself is truth, the food the higher self feeds on.

The day of that pure truth arrives when the crossing can no longer be delayed, when the sacrifice of the lower for the higher becomes the business of the hour. The center of awareness moves from one side to the other, taking in only what is true and unmixed, so the change is carried through.

Live Luke 22:7 today

  1. Take one thing you have known you should do for months, the call, the apology, the appointment, and do it today, not read about it again.
  2. In one conversation today, keep only what is true. Drop the small exaggeration, the softening half-lie, the borrowed opinion you have not actually checked.
  3. When a decision is in front of you today and you feel yourself reaching for more information to delay it, stop. Decide with what you have and let the old version of the plan die.
