Mark 13:13 Meaning You Will Be Hated by All Men

You will be hated by all men for my name’s sake, but he who endures to the end will be saved.

What does Mark 13:13 mean?

Being hated by all is the world's answer to a mind that no longer shares its fear, for guilt cannot bear the sight of one who has laid guilt down. The attack is not truly aimed at the peaceful one; it is the ego meeting its own undoing in another's calm and lashing at the mirror.

CHRISTIAN PSYCHOLOGY

Christian Psychology

Being hated by all is the world's answer to a mind that no longer shares its fear, for guilt cannot bear the sight of one who has laid guilt down. The attack is not truly aimed at the peaceful one; it is the ego meeting its own undoing in another's calm and lashing at the mirror. To be hated for love's sake is simply to have stopped agreeing that separation is real.

To endure to the end is to keep choosing that same peace while the noise rises and does not answer back. The one who holds it is saved, because a mind that has changed its teacher from fear to love can lose nothing that is real.

  1. Leave the comment or the message that was meant to provoke you unanswered today, and keep your evening instead of spending it drafting replies.
  2. Stay warm with the family member who is cool with you, at dinner, without scoring the exchange or waiting for them to go first.
  3. When someone goes after you in front of other people, answer the actual question and let the dig pass by. You do not have to pick up everything that is thrown.

Whose hostility have you been matching, and what would it cost you to stop?

When someone wrongs you, their fault is theirs and your peace stays yours unless you hand it over. The best answer is to stay the kind of person their anger cannot describe.
