Mark 3:31 · World English Bible
His mother and his brothers came, and standing outside, they sent to him, calling him.
The spirit and the faculties born of the same Christ-seed press at the edge and call, but they stand without, outside the inner room where the work is done. Standing without is the whole condition of the un-inward: the part of a person that keeps to the outer court and never crosses into the silence where the single eye opens.

ESOTERIC
The spirit and the faculties born of the same Christ-seed press at the edge and call, but they stand without, outside the inner room where the work is done. Standing without is the whole condition of the un-inward: the part of a person that keeps to the outer court and never crosses into the silence where the single eye opens. They send messengers, they call from the doorway, yet they do not go within, and so they wait in the outer life of the mind while kinship is redefined by who does the will from inside.
The blood tie is set aside on purpose. Kinship that stays outside is no kinship of the spirit. Only what enters the stillness is claimed.
Brethren: the faculties born of the same Christ-seed, the electrical family within Mother: the spirit, the feminine principle that gives rise to the soul Without: the outer region of the mind where Scripture is read as flat history and the door within stays shut
Esoteric lens
Whose voice at the door keeps you from going in?
Kinship is not blood. Not by birth is anyone noble, but by what they actually do.
The lover knocks and is asked who is there, and the door stays shut as long as he answers with his own name. Only when nothing of him is left outside does the room open.
The teaching is not passed by birth. It passes to whoever actually sits down.
