Matthew 13:41 · World English Bible
The Son of Man will send out his angels, and they will gather out of his Kingdom all things that cause stumbling, and those who do iniquity,
The Son of man is the awakened self born within a person, the true human standing over its own domain once consciousness has matured past the merely animal. Its angels are messengers of the higher mind, thoughts of a clarified order sent through the body to sort what belongs from what corrodes.

ESOTERIC
The Son of man is the awakened self born within a person, the true human standing over its own domain once consciousness has matured past the merely animal. Its angels are messengers of the higher mind, thoughts of a clarified order sent through the body to sort what belongs from what corrodes. The kingdom is the inner realm, the whole field of a person's awareness, since the kingdom is within and not a place in the sky. What offends and works iniquity are the crooked patterns, the reactions and appetites that bend a person out of true.
The clearing described is an inward sorting: the higher self sifts its own mind and removes the distorting impulses that spoil the field of awareness.
Son of man: the awakened true self born within a person, sovereign over its own inner domain Angels: messengers of the higher mind, clarified thoughts sent through the body to sort and cleanse Kingdom: the inner realm of a person's awareness, the domain that is within and not in the sky

What in my own head have I let stay far longer than it deserved?
You can retreat into yourself at any moment. Nowhere is quieter or better ordered than your own mind, once you have swept it.
Lift yourself by yourself. No one else can raise you and no one else can drag you down like you can.
Guard your mind the way a town guards its gate. What you let through is what you will have to live with inside the walls.
