Matthew 15:36 · World English Bible
and he took the seven loaves and the fish. He gave thanks and broke them, and gave to the disciples, and the disciples to the multitudes.
A mind that gives thanks before it sees enough discovers that lack was never in the supply but in the belief that giving empties the giver. What the awakened teacher holds is broken open and passed along, and in the passing it does not shrink but multiplies, because love is the one thing that increases as it is shared.

CHRISTIAN PSYCHOLOGY
A mind that gives thanks before it sees enough discovers that lack was never in the supply but in the belief that giving empties the giver. What the awakened teacher holds is broken open and passed along, and in the passing it does not shrink but multiplies, because love is the one thing that increases as it is shared. The ego counts its loaves and hoards them, sure that to give is to lose. The mind that has changed teachers gives first and gives freely, and finds that nothing true is ever spent.
What looks like feeding a crowd from a little is really a picture of how abundance moves. It begins in gratitude, not in calculation, and it reaches everyone through the hands that were willing to let go.
Loaves and fishes: the small store the mind believes is all it has, made endless the moment it is given rather than guarded. Disciples: the parts of the mind that carry love outward, the channels through which what is received is passed to all. Multitude: the whole family of minds that seems separate and hungry, waiting to receive what one willing mind sets free.
Christian Psychology lens
What am I holding tightly that would grow if I let it go?
The more you give to others, the more you have. Giving is not subtraction here.
The Buddha said that if people saw the fruit of giving as he saw it, they would not take a single meal without sharing it.
It is not the one who has too little who is poor, but the one who craves more. Enough is a verdict of the mind, not a quantity.
