Matthew 21:2 Meaning Saying to Them

saying to them, “Go into the village that is opposite you, and immediately you will find a donkey tied, and a colt with her. Untie them, and bring them to me.

What does Matthew 21:2 mean?

The colt is the new mood you are told to find and ride, a state of feeling not yet used, standing ready in the very place you are looking away from. To loose it and bring it is to take that mood up and let your deeper self ride into fulfillment upon it.

MANIFESTATION

Manifestation

The colt is the new mood you are told to find and ride, a state of feeling not yet used, standing ready in the very place you are looking away from. To loose it and bring it is to take that mood up and let your deeper self ride into fulfillment upon it. The animal is the outer man, the body and circumstances, which carry whatever attitude you seat upon them. You do not push events. You mount the feeling of the wish already answered, and the physical world becomes the beast that bears you forward.

So the direction is inward and simple. The state you want is close, tied and waiting, in the ordinary life across from you. A person takes on the mood of the thing accomplished and stays faithful to it without turning back to check the facts. The mood assumed and held becomes the state he lives from, and the world moves to match it.

ESOTERIC

Esoteric

Christ consciousness moves to claim the stubborn animal nature and bend it to its purpose. The ass is the carnal, mulish part of a person that resists every turn inward, and the colt beside it is a fresh awareness born out of that old nature, not yet ridden by anything. Both are found bound, held fast by habit, and the loosing is the freeing of these energies from their tether so they can carry the higher mind. The village lying opposite is the ordinary field of consciousness one must enter to fetch them.

The rising higher self unties the stubborn body-nature and the new awareness growing out of it, so both can be put to a finer use.

Village: the ordinary field of consciousness one enters to reclaim its energies Ass: the stubborn, carnal nature that balks at the inward turn Colt: a new consciousness born of the old, unbroken and ready to be ridden

Live Matthew 21:2 today

  1. On your commute today, instead of running the usual worry loop, pick the mood you would have if the thing you want were already handled. Ride in that mood the whole way, nothing fancy, just that feeling with the window beside you.
  2. Before you walk into the house tonight, decide the tone you are bringing in. Hold it through dinner even if someone is grumpy, and let the evening arrange itself around it rather than the other way around.
  3. When the day starts pushing, stop trying to force the next step. Take thirty seconds, settle into the feeling that it has already gone well, then do the next small thing from inside that calm.

What mood is sitting right there in your ordinary day, waiting for you to take it up?
