Matthew 22:23 Meaning On That Day Sadducees (those Who Say

On that day Sadducees (those who say that there is no resurrection) came to him. They asked him,

What does Matthew 22:23 mean?

The Sadducees are the part of the mind that denies any rising, the settled conviction that what dies stays dead and no state can be lifted out of its grave. They come with questions built to trap, and the mind in this posture always argues from the fixed facts of sense against the possibility of change.

MANIFESTATION

Manifestation

The Sadducees are the part of the mind that denies any rising, the settled conviction that what dies stays dead and no state can be lifted out of its grave. They come with questions built to trap, and the mind in this posture always argues from the fixed facts of sense against the possibility of change. To say there is no resurrection is to say the present condition is final.

But resurrection here is not a distant event for the body in a graveyard. It is imagination waking inside a person and lifting a dead situation into new life now. A state assumed and felt as true rises into fact, even against every appearance denying it. The doubt that says nothing can rise is answered the moment something does. The one who assumes the wish fulfilled has already begun the resurrection the doubter called impossible.

ESOTERIC

Esoteric

Resurrection is a fact of consciousness rather than an event owed to a future graveyard, and the men who deny it stand for the part of a person that reads everything flatly, weighing only what dies. Scripture is mystical and not a chronicle; the flesh does indeed end, yet the incorruptible spirit within was never bound to it and comes into its inheritance the moment awareness turns inward. The deniers question because their whole cast of mind admits nothing it cannot bury.

What rises is not a corpse but the awareness in a person that was always deathless, coming awake while still alive.

Live Matthew 22:23 today

  1. Think of the thing you have quietly filed under over. Alone for a minute, stop treating that file as closed and imagine the version where it came back to life, just enough to feel it.
  2. With someone you had written off, send one ordinary message with no agenda. Not to fix the history, just to act as if the thing is still alive.
  3. When the day hands you proof that nothing is changing, let the proof stand and keep going anyway. Facts are a report on the past, not a verdict on tonight.

What have you buried that is only dead because you stopped imagining it otherwise?
