Graves are the dark, unused hollows of a person where whole faculties lie buried and asleep, and the saints who slept are the higher powers long dormant in the body. When the crucifixion breaks the old hold of the lower nature, these buried faculties stir and rise, coming out of their tombs into life. What religion pictures as dead men walking is the resurrection of one's own sleeping strengths, awakened at the moment the false self is given up.

Live Matthew 27:52 today

  1. Think of one thing you were once good at or alive in, drawing, running, really listening, and give it fifteen real minutes today. Not to restart it, just to wake it.
  2. Tell someone about a part of themselves you can see is asleep, the gift they stopped using. Say it warmly and specifically and then let them do what they want with it.
  3. When today demands something you think you do not have, pause before you say no. Some of what you need is in you already, unused rather than absent.

What in me has been buried so long that I have started calling it gone?

Wake up. What you are looking for has been asleep in you the whole time, not waiting somewhere else.

The treasure is in your own house. People travel for years for what was buried under the floor they were standing on.
