What does Numbers 9:18 mean?

There is a deep intelligence at work in you, and it does not move according to the restless timetable of the mind. The people wait beneath the cloud, and when it settles they settle, when it lifts they rise.

Ego v. Being

There is a deep intelligence at work in you, and it does not move according to the restless timetable of the mind. The people wait beneath the cloud, and when it settles they settle, when it lifts they rise. This is the whole art of a life lived in presence. You stop demanding that the next thing happen now, and you let the moment show you when to move.

To rest in your tent while the cloud abides is not laziness but trust. When you stop resisting the stillness, you feel that the same power moving the world is moving you, and you rise only when it is truly time to rise.

  3. Before firing off the frustrated email, wait until tomorrow morning. If it still needs sending then, send it, and it will be a better message.

What are you pushing on that has not finished getting ready?
