CHRISTIAN PSYCHOLOGY

Christian Psychology

Love prepares abundance and asks the mind only to come and receive it. Nothing here must be bought or earned; the whole provision is already made, waiting for a mind willing to sit down and be fed. The ego insists that peace is scarce and must be wrested from a grudging world. The gentler Teacher shows a table already set, a feast that was ready before the hunger was even felt.

What is offered is not the body's nourishment but the mind's, the strength and gladness that come when guilt is laid down and innocence is finally accepted. The invitation asks nothing of the world. It asks only that the mind stop refusing what is freely given.

Beasts: the offering prepared for the mind's healing, what love has already given up on the mind's behalf so it need not go without Wine: the gladness poured out for a mind ready to receive it, the joy that comes when guilt is set aside Table: the readied place of communion, the settled state where a mind sits down to be nourished by love rather than fed on fear

To know you have enough is to be rich. Scarcity is a story the grasping mind tells about a world that was never withholding.

Stoicism · Epictetus

Behave at life as you would at a banquet: what is passed to you, take with thanks. The provision is already moving toward you.

Judaism · Pirkei Avot

Who is rich? The one who is glad with what is already in front of them. Abundance is a way of receiving, not a quantity to be won.
