Psalms 121:4 Meaning Behold
Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

Psalms 121:4 · World English Bible
Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
Israel is the inner man, the imagination that shapes your life from within, and the one keeping it never falls asleep. While your outer mind rests, a deeper part of you stays awake and goes on giving form to whatever feeling you carried into the night.

MANIFESTATION
Israel is the inner man, the imagination that shapes your life from within, and the one keeping it never falls asleep. While your outer mind rests, a deeper part of you stays awake and goes on giving form to whatever feeling you carried into the night. It does not pause, does not forget, and works steadily on the impression you last held, bringing it out as the conditions you wake to.
This is why the state you enter as you drift off is decisive. The keeper who neither slumbers nor sleeps takes up the feeling that was alive in you at the threshold of sleep and out-pictures it faithfully, whether you meant it or not. The mood a person carries into sleep is the seed his sleeping mind grows all night. Assumed as fulfilled and felt as already yours, the wish is worked on by a part of you that never rests until it becomes fact.
Manifestation lens
What feeling are you handing over to sleep tonight?
In dreaming sleep a person makes a whole world out of their own light. The maker does not stop working when the eyes close.
Seeds do their growing underground, in the dark, with no one watching. Nothing visible is happening and everything is.
What you dwell on, you become. The mind keeps shaping along the line you last left it pointing.
