Psalms 24:3 Meaning Who May Ascend to Yahweh’s Hill

Who may ascend to Yahweh’s hill? Who may stand in his holy place?

What does Psalms 24:3 mean?

The hill of the LORD is not a place on the earth but a height of consciousness, and to ascend is to rise into the awareness that your own imagination is the LORD, the grand I AM. The question is not who is permitted but who is refined enough to hold that altitude, because the low states cannot stand there.

MANIFESTATION

Manifestation

The hill of the LORD is not a place on the earth but a height of consciousness, and to ascend is to rise into the awareness that your own imagination is the LORD, the grand I AM. The question is not who is permitted but who is refined enough to hold that altitude, because the low states cannot stand there. Every soul is tested and expanded, test by test, until it can bear the recognition without falling back into the evidence of the senses.

To stand in the holy place is to remain, steady and unshaken, in the state of the wish fulfilled while the outer world still shows the opposite. Most rise for a moment and slip. God enlarges his own reflection in you gradually, until the height that once dazzled becomes the ground you live on. The one who can stay in the feeling of his desire fulfilled is the one who ascends and stands.

Live Psalms 24:3 today

  1. Pick one hope you have for your life and hold the feeling of it already being true for two full minutes today, even while nothing in your situation has changed yet.
  2. When someone close to you is discouraged, keep believing the good thing about their situation out loud, even if the latest news points the other way.
  3. In a stressful hour at work, when every signal says it is going badly, hold your calm for one more minute than feels natural. That extra minute is the whole thing.

What do you believe in easily when things are good, and drop the moment they are not?

A journey of a thousand miles begins under your feet, and a tall tree grew from a seed. Height is built by what you keep doing, not by one leap.

No one becomes steady overnight. You train in small things first so that when the big thing comes you can hold your ground.

Zen

The practice is simply to stay seated. Everyone's mind runs off, and the whole art is coming back and staying a little longer each time.
