Revelation 14:19 · World English Bible
The angel thrust his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vintage of the earth, and threw it into the great wine press of the wrath of God.
The angel is the angle of light, and the sickle thrust into the earth of the mind is the harvest that falls upon an oppressive economic order, judgment cutting into the ground of human affairs. The vine gathered is the produce of that order drawn in for the treading.

ESOTERIC
The angel is the angle of light, and the sickle thrust into the earth of the mind is the harvest that falls upon an oppressive economic order, judgment cutting into the ground of human affairs. The vine gathered is the produce of that order drawn in for the treading.
The winepress is where the numbers work: the 1600 furlongs of the pressing sum to 666, and the blood that flows to the horse bridles is spirit poured out over the whole universe, the age turning toward the sign of Aquarius. What looks like wrath is the great shift of an era, the old order cut down and the spirit spilling out across the cosmos as the wheel of the heavens turns.
The angel: the angle of light that turns and works within the mind Sickle: the harvesting edge of judgment cutting into the earth of human affairs The winepress: the place of the pressing where the numbers yield 666 and the age turns toward Aquarius The number 666: the figure reached through the 1600 furlongs of the pressing, marking the turn of the age
Esoteric lens
What in my life is held together only by pressure, and what would be left if the pressure ended?
No storm blows all morning. What is forced and overgrown collapses of its own weight, and the wise do not mistake the collapse for the end of everything.
Everything built comes apart, including the arrangements that look permanent and powerful. Seeing that clearly is not despair, it is the beginning of freedom from them.
What looks like ruin from inside the pattern is simply the pattern turning. The crooked tree survives the axe because it was never useful to the order being harvested.
