Revelation 19:11 · World English Bible
I saw the heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it is called Faithful and True. In righteousness he judges and makes war.
The inner sky parts and a disciplined power comes forward, ridden and mastered, no longer wild. The white horse is the animal vitality of the body purified, the raw drive made clean and obedient beneath a governing awareness; its whiteness is the current cleared of its old darkness.

ESOTERIC
The inner sky parts and a disciplined power comes forward, ridden and mastered, no longer wild. The white horse is the animal vitality of the body purified, the raw drive made clean and obedient beneath a governing awareness; its whiteness is the current cleared of its old darkness. The rider named Faithful and True is the steadied higher self that has become reliable and aligned, and the war it wages is the inner conflict against every crooked, divided impulse still holding ground in the flesh. Righteousness is the straightened alignment from which that judgment is made.
What opens is not a distant firmament but the sky of a person's own consciousness. A purified vitality, carrying a mastered awareness, moves against the disorder inside the body and sets it in order.
Heaven: the inner sky of a person's own consciousness, parting to reveal what rises within White horse: the animal vitality of the body cleansed and made obedient, raw drive purified Rider: the steadied higher self, faithful and aligned, that masters and directs the vital force War: the inner conflict waged against the crooked, divided impulses still lodged in the flesh

What strong thing in me is still riding without a rider?
The body is a chariot, the senses its horses, the mind the reins. The one who holds them steadily reaches the end of the road.
The strength you have is not the problem. Whether it answers to a steady mind, that is the whole question.
Better than conquering a thousand people in battle is governing yourself once. That victory stays won.
