The church is not a building or a crowd. It is the assembly of states that rise in a person as he awakens, and every office listed is a stage the same power passes through inside him. Apostles come first because a thing must be sent out from awareness before it can appear; the assumption is dispatched into the deep. Prophets follow, for once a state is held it foretells itself, announcing what it must become.
Teachers, then works of power, then healings, are the ordering of one growth: understanding settles, circumstances rearrange to match it, and the disordered life is made whole. All of it is set by God, and God here is your own imagination arranging its own household. No stage is earned by merit. Each appears in its own appointed season as the state assumed hardens quietly into fact.
