1 Corinthians 12:3 Meaning Therefore I Make Known to You

Therefore I make known to you that no man speaking by God’s Spirit says, “Jesus is accursed.” No one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” but by the Holy Spirit.

What does 1 Corinthians 12:3 mean?

Christ is a seed planted in every human life, and it buds into the Lord himself. No one arrives at that recognition from the outside, by argument or by studying a man who lived long ago.

MANIFESTATION

Manifestation

Christ is a seed planted in every human life, and it buds into the Lord himself. No one arrives at that recognition from the outside, by argument or by studying a man who lived long ago. The knowing comes one way only. The inner Son, called David in the story, rises within a person and turns and calls him Father. That moment carries the certainty. Until it happens, calling anyone Lord is only a word borrowed from others.

The confession that Jesus is the Lord names what a man says the instant his own son reveals him to himself. No mind reasons its way there. The Father becomes known through the Son who springs up inside, never through a figure kept at a distance. The seed becomes the harvest, and the harvest calls you by your name.

  1. Hold a question you cannot think your way out of and stop reasoning at it for ten minutes. Sit quietly and let the answer come up from inside rather than from a search bar.
  2. When someone repeats a belief they clearly got secondhand, ask kindly what they have actually lived of it. Then answer them with what you have lived, not what you have read.
  3. In a decision at work where everyone has an opinion, take five minutes alone to feel which way is yours. Go with what rose up in you, not with the loudest voice in the thread.

What do I truly know from the inside, and what am I just repeating?

No one can eat for you. Borrowed words about awakening are like a painted cake, pleasant to look at and no use when you are hungry.

Upanishads

The self cannot be reached by argument or by hearing alone. It reveals itself to the one in whom it chooses to wake.

You can study the letters about love for a lifetime and stay unlit. One real touch of it and you know, and all the proofs go quiet.
