Isaiah 1:15 Meaning When You Spread Out Your Hands
When you spread out your hands, I will hide my eyes from you. Yes, when you make many prayers, I will not hear. Your hands are full of blood.

Isaiah 1:15 · World English Bible
When you spread out your hands, I will hide my eyes from you. Yes, when you make many prayers, I will not hear. Your hands are full of blood.
The energy that runs the 2 sides of the body has been spent downward. The inner life force, the living power meditation is meant to raise up the spine toward the light, is instead poured out on craving and harm, so the hands come away red with it.

ESOTERIC
The energy that runs the 2 sides of the body has been spent downward. The inner life force, the living power meditation is meant to raise up the spine toward the light, is instead poured out on craving and harm, so the hands come away red with it. Outward prayer cannot reach a higher perception while that force keeps draining into the lower appetites; the mental eye of enlightenment stays shut, not because a distant God turns away, but because a person facing down toward violence cannot see up.
The fault is not in praying too little. It is in the direction the current flows. Raise the life force and perception opens on its own; spill it into the body's lower reaches and there is nothing left to lift the sight.
Hands: the energy of action, drawn in on the left and sent out on the right, the current running between the 2 hemispheres Blood: the inner life force, the living power meditation raises up the spine, here spent downward instead of lifted Eyes: the inner sight of enlightenment, the mental perception that opens only when the force is raised
Esoteric lens
Where am I asking for clarity while still pouring my strength in the opposite direction?
Energy follows attention. Let it pour out through the senses day after day and the inner light dims; gather it and turn it upward and clarity comes on its own.
The sage conserves his vital force the way a careful man guards a lamp in the wind. Spent outward it burns down; kept and refined it rises and lights the whole room.
You do not need more prayers for a clearer mind. You need to stop handing your strength to anger and appetite, and the clarity you asked for will already be there.
