Live John 15:25 today

  1. Sometime today a mood will show up with no reason attached, in the shower, in traffic, at 3pm. Let it be weather passing through instead of hunting for the cause or the culprit.
  2. If someone is short with you for nothing you did, let it land and go. Their day was already heavy before you walked in.
  3. When a comment or a reply stings and you feel the pull to answer it ten times in your head, feel where it sits in your body and breathe there instead. Starve the loop and it quiets down.

What did I feed today that would have passed on its own?
