John 3:3 Meaning Jesus Answered Him
Jesus answered him, “Most certainly, I tell you, unless one is born anew, he can’t see God’s Kingdom.”

John 3:3 · World English Bible
Jesus answered him, “Most certainly, I tell you, unless one is born anew, he can’t see God’s Kingdom.”
To be born again is not to begin a second life in the world but to be given a second sight, a new way of looking that fear cannot teach. The one who came by night asking questions still saw with the old eyes, and with those eyes the kingdom is invisible, for it is not a place to be entered but a truth to be perceived.

CHRISTIAN PSYCHOLOGY
To be born again is not to begin a second life in the world but to be given a second sight, a new way of looking that fear cannot teach. The one who came by night asking questions still saw with the old eyes, and with those eyes the kingdom is invisible, for it is not a place to be entered but a truth to be perceived. The birth spoken of is the mind's turning from one teacher to another.
What blocks the kingdom is never distance but the way of seeing. A mind that still believes in separation looks straight at heaven and finds only the world. When it consents to be born of love instead of fear, nothing outside has changed, yet the kingdom stands revealed, because it was always there and only the looking was reborn.
Kingdom of God: the reality of love that surrounds the mind, invisible only to the eyes of fear

EGO & BEING
To be born again has nothing to do with adopting a new belief. It points to something far deeper, a shift in consciousness itself. Your first birth brought you into the world as a separate self, identified with body, history, and the voice in your head. The second birth is awakening from that identification.
When this shift happens, you go nowhere. You simply begin to perceive from presence instead of from thought. The kingdom of God is not a place you enter after death. It is the living reality of this moment, seen clearly at last. Only awakened awareness can recognize it, and that is why a new kind of seeing must first be born in you.

MANIFESTATION
Nicodemus is human intellect relying strictly on sensory logic, incapable of understanding spiritual generation. The birth from above is the awakening of creative imagination within the skull of man, where God is buried.
Physical birth into flesh is merely the entrance into the world of shadows. Realizing the unconditioned awareness of being constitutes the second birth, revealing the world governed entirely by imagination.

ESOTERIC
The second birth is not of the body but of consciousness, a waking into a higher order of awareness while still in the same flesh. The first birth brought a person into the world of the senses; this later one lifts the mind out of that outer seeing into the inner sight that alone can perceive the kingdom, the raised state of being within. Without this inward turning the eyes remain fixed on surfaces and the inner realm stays invisible, present but unseen. To be born again is awareness itself coming forth anew, opening the inner eye that recognises what was always there.
The new birth is the mind waking a second time, into the sight that sees the kingdom already alive within the body.
Kingdom of God: the raised inner realm of higher consciousness within a person, visible only to the awakened inner eye
Christian Psychology lens
What in my life looks like a dead end only because of the eyes I keep bringing to it?
The moon has been shining the whole time. Enlightenment is not a new moon arriving, it is the clouds in the eye thinning out until you see what was never absent.
The way is not far off, waiting to be reached. It is already here, and only the grasping, calculating mind keeps missing it.
The eye that looks for the truth outside itself will search forever. Turn the looking around, and what you were hunting for turns out to be the one doing the hunting.
