CHRISTIAN PSYCHOLOGY

Christian Psychology

Nothing was ever truly lost, only hidden by the mind that chose to sleep and dream of separation. What seems lost is the memory of innocence, buried under guilt and taken for gone. Love comes seeking not to retrieve something destroyed but to waken what was only sleeping, and to show the mind it never left home at all.

To seek and to save is the single work of the miracle: the gentle undoing of the belief in loss. Love searches out every part of the mind that hides in shame and calls it back, not by adding anything, but by lifting the veil. What was lost is found the moment the mind agrees it was never really missing.

EGO & BEING

Ego v. Being

To be lost is not a matter of location. It is a state of being absorbed in the thinking mind so completely that you forget the awareness underneath it, the part of you that was never actually broken or absent, only buried beneath layers of thought, judgment, and old pain.

What seeks you out is not searching the way you might search for a missing object. It is closer than that: an ever-present awareness that finds you the instant your attention turns toward it, because it was never far away to begin with. Being found, then, is simply the recognition of what has been quietly present all along, beneath the noise you mistook for yourself.

Live Luke 19:10 today

  1. Go back to the thing you loved before you got busy and embarrassed about it, the drawing, the running, the piano. It did not leave. You just stopped going to the room where it lives.
  2. Reach out to the friend you let drift, with no explanation for the silence. Start in the middle, as though nothing needed recovering, because it does not.
  3. When shame tells you some part of you is gone for good, too far spent, too long ago, treat that as a rumor. Nothing about you is actually missing.

What have I given up on in myself that may simply be waiting to be uncovered?
