What does Luke 8:54 mean?

Before life can be called back, the mourners must be sent from the room. They are the thoughts that have already agreed the case is hopeless, the witnesses to death who fill a mind with certainty that nothing can change.

CHRISTIAN PSYCHOLOGY

Christian Psychology

Before life can be called back, the mourners must be sent from the room. They are the thoughts that have already agreed the case is hopeless, the witnesses to death who fill a mind with certainty that nothing can change. A mind that would waken cannot keep company with everything that insists on the reality of the loss.

When the voices of grief are put out, what remains is a quiet call to rise. The girl was not dead in truth but only sleeping, as every mind that seems lost in the dream of separation is only sleeping, waiting to be reached and told gently that it may wake.

Maid: the mind that appears to have died into the dream, the sleeping self still able to hear the call to awaken.

  1. Mute the group chat that only runs on dread for a day. You are allowed to lower the volume on voices that have already decided how your story ends.
  2. When a friend is at the bottom, do not add your own commentary about how bad it looks. Sit close, keep it quiet, and say something simple and kind.
  3. In a meeting full of people certain it cannot work, be the one who says, let us try the next small piece. You do not need to win the mood, just make room in it.
