Matthew 25:21 Meaning His Lord Said to Him

His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things, I will set you over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’

What does Matthew 25:21 mean?

The talent is the measure of understanding a person is given, the grasp of how imagination works, and faithfulness with it means actually using it rather than admiring it and leaving it buried. The servant is praised not for believing the power exists but for putting it to work, testing it on small things and proving to himself that the inner act becomes the outer fact.

MANIFESTATION

Manifestation

The talent is the measure of understanding a person is given, the grasp of how imagination works, and faithfulness with it means actually using it rather than admiring it and leaving it buried. The servant is praised not for believing the power exists but for putting it to work, testing it on small things and proving to himself that the inner act becomes the outer fact.

Being faithful over a few things and then made ruler over many is the plain way understanding grows: proven on something modest, it expands into command over the whole of a person's life. The joy of the lord is what a person enters when imagination has been tested and trusted until it is no longer a theory but his own experience. A power admired stays asleep. A power used wakes, and the one who uses it moves from being its servant to being at home in it.

Live Matthew 25:21 today

  1. Try your own inner work on something tiny today, a calmer morning, a parking spot, an easier phone call. Watching a small thing come through is how it stops being a theory.
  2. When a friend tells you about something they are trying to change, resist the advice and just picture it already working for them. Then watch what happens over the next week.
  3. In a stressful meeting, hold one small outcome steady in your mind, the tone staying kind, the thing getting decided. Small proof under pressure is worth more than a lot of reading.

What small thing could I test this week, instead of waiting to be sure first?
