Proverbs 8:35 Meaning For Whoever Finds Me

For whoever finds me, finds life, and will obtain favor from Yahweh.

What does Proverbs 8:35 mean?

To find love is not to acquire something the mind lacked, but to remember what was covered over by the belief in separation. What the world calls living, the long defense of a self against its own guilt, was never life at all; it was only fear wearing the mask of survival.

CHRISTIAN PSYCHOLOGY

Christian Psychology

To find love is not to acquire something the mind lacked, but to remember what was covered over by the belief in separation. What the world calls living, the long defense of a self against its own guilt, was never life at all; it was only fear wearing the mask of survival. When the mind turns to its true Teacher, it does not gain a new self. It recognizes the one that was always there, whole and unharmed beneath the story of loss.

Favor is not earned by pleasing a distant authority. It is the mind's own recognition of its innocence, the moment it stops seeing itself as guilty and therefore stops fearing punishment. What is found is simply the truth that was never really lost.

EGO & BEING

Ego v. Being

Wisdom here speaks in her own voice, offering not a store of facts but the clear knowing that surfaces when thinking grows quiet and attention rests in this moment. To find her is to touch the aliveness that was always beneath the noise of the mind. She is close.

Whoever comes upon that stillness comes upon life itself, a life that no longer hangs on what happens next. Something in the person settles. The small, anxious self loosens its grip, and what remains is the sense of being at home in your own existence, a favor no one had to earn.

MANIFESTATION

Manifestation

Wisdom is not information gathered from outside. It is the pure awareness of being, the I AM under every role you play, and it is found only within yourself and never on any road that leads away from you. To find it is to find life itself, because this awareness is the living power that gives every state its existence.

Favour follows because the one who reaches his own awareness has reached the source that answers. When you locate the I AM in yourself and rest there, the whole world begins to arrange itself around what you assume to be so. The person who finds this center is not begging a distant God for scraps. He has found the one place where life is handed to him directly, and everything he holds there is granted.

  1. Standing in the grocery line, instead of scrolling, let yourself feel that there is nothing you have to prove in this moment to be alright.
  2. With someone you tend to perform for, a parent, a boss, an old friend, speak once today without adding the small defense you usually attach.
  3. When a setback hits and the old thought says you are not enough, say quietly to yourself that nothing real about you was just taken away.

What am I still trying to earn that I may already have?
