Salvation is announced within, in the head, the moment the old accusing power is thrown out of the higher region. Heaven is Uranus, the ancient sky, and in the old myth Uranus casts down Saturn, who is Satan, the devouring father of time and limitation. In a person that cast-down power is the inner accuser, the voice of guilt and fear that presses charges against the self without pause, day and night.
When that accuser falls from the upper region, the kingdom of God is present and the anointing power is at hand. No outside revelation is needed and no single people owns it, for the salvation being declared is found within, the moment the accusing voice loses its throne in the head.
