The tree of life is the human spine, the central column standing in the midst with the river of spinal fluid flowing on either side, and its 12 fruits are the 12 powers or faculties seated along that column, one ripening in each turn of the cycle. This is the anatomy of the awakened body drawn as a garden: the nerve-tree rooted in the sacrum and crowned in the head, bearing its harvest month by month as consciousness rises. The leaves that heal the nations are the branching nerves that carry wholeness to every part, since the nations are the many members and organs of the one body.
When the current runs clean up the central channel, the tree of the spine yields its full round of powers and mends the whole living frame from within.
The tree of life: the human spine, the central nerve-column rooted below and crowned in the head
The river: the spinal fluid flowing on either side of the column, the current of life within
12 fruits: the 12 powers or faculties seated along the spine, one ripening in each turn of the cycle
The leaves: the branching nerves that carry healing outward to every member
The nations: the many organs and members of the one body, the parts made whole by the current
