Revelation 5:2 · World English Bible
I saw a mighty angel proclaiming with a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the book, and to break its seals?”
The book is the sealed record of a person's own inner life, the coded scroll of the body and consciousness, and its seals are the closed centers along the spine that guard the higher knowledge. The question asks what power within is fit to unroll that record and release those centers, since ordinary thought cannot break them and the search across every level of the being turns up nothing worthy at first.

The answer is not an outside authority. Only the awakened inner nature can open the folded scroll of the self and loose the closed centers that keep its meaning hidden.
Book: the sealed scroll of one's own inner life, the coded record of body and consciousness Seals: the closed energy centers along the spine that guard the higher knowledge until opened Strong angel: a powerful current of the higher mind that calls for the record to be read
