A body set into the shape of what it is asking for gets there before the evidence does. Physiology is the fastest lever on a person's state, and a body folded down in front of God produces expectancy before there is a cloud to point at.

SELF-HELP
A body set into the shape of what it is asking for gets there before the evidence does.
Physiology is the fastest lever on a person's state, and a body folded down in front of God produces expectancy before there is a cloud to point at. Expectancy sets the emotion, the emotion keeps the asking going, and the asking outlasts an empty sky.
Appetite runs on the same lever, pointed lower. A man who builds his state at a table takes whatever emotion the table hands him, and his actions never climb above that mood. The price of leaving posture, focus and words on the floor is a life where nothing gets attempted unless it already feels possible.
Self-Help lens
What have you been waiting to feel before you were willing to move?
Sit first and understanding follows. The body put into the shape of attention teaches the mind what it could not be told.
Posture and breath are placed before stillness of mind in the sequence, because the body is the handle. You take hold there, because that is what you can actually move.
Bowing down is not performance, it is how the heart is emptied enough to be filled. The gesture comes first, the knowing arrives after.
