Isaiah 43:11 Meaning I Myself Am Yahweh

I myself am Yahweh. Besides me, there is no savior.

What does Isaiah 43:11 mean?

MANIFESTATION

Manifestation

The one power that saves is the awareness at the center of a person, the plain sense of being alive and present. No second power stands beside it. Nothing outside a life rescues that life. No circumstance, no other person, no distant deliverer reaches in from beyond to fix things. The saving comes from the awareness a person is already using every moment, the simple feeling of existing. That awareness is what the old name for God points to.

Deliverance is near. It waits inside the very consciousness that seemed to need it. When a person grasps that his own awareness is the only cause, he stops begging the outer world and turns to the single place where change begins.

Live Isaiah 43:11 today

  1. Before you reach for your phone tomorrow morning, sit still for one minute and feel that you exist. Not a thought about yourself, just the plain fact of being here, awake.
  2. Next time you catch yourself waiting on someone to reply, to approve something, to finally understand you, put the phone face down and ask what you would feel like if it were already settled. Then let yourself feel that, without the reply.
  3. When a meeting goes sideways or traffic stops cold and your chest tightens, drop your attention out of the problem and into the quiet sense of being alive that is still running underneath it. Nothing out there has to move first.

Where in my life am I still waiting for something outside me to arrive and fix it?

Upanishads · Chandogya

The self at the center of you is not separate from the ground of all being. What you have been seeking outside yourself is the very thing doing the seeking.

Zen · Linji

Stop running around looking for a teacher or a method to save you. The one asking the question, right here, is already the whole answer.

Stoicism · Epictetus

Nothing outside your own mind has the power to rescue or ruin you. Your judgments are the only place where anything real can change.
