Stories of men carried up into heaven and shown its secrets were common currency then, and the credentials that came with them are swept aside here. Nobody climbed and came back with a report.

Knowledge of God travels downward, carried by someone who was there before He was here. Son of Man is the human title, and the one wearing it is in heaven while His feet are on the ground. So His words about God stand apart from every visionary's account, because He never had to leave to learn them.

MANIFESTATION

Manifestation

The one who rises has already come down. The creative power that made you is not somewhere above the sky waiting to be earned. It descended into you long ago and now sleeps inside your own head, and the only thing that ever climbs back into heaven is that same power waking up and lifting itself out of the skull where it was buried. Mystics called this the second birth, and it happens on the small hill of bone behind your eyes.

Heaven here is a state of consciousness, an inner condition you occupy. Nothing outside you ascends. What ascends is imagination, the buried God, rising as a living being out of the very place it went to sleep. The child born from above is you, born a second time from your own skull, and the one who came down and the one who goes up are the same self.

Live John 3:13 today

  1. Before you look anything up today, sit with the question you actually have for sixty seconds without reaching for your phone, and let it stay a question.
  2. When someone tells you what they are sure God or life is like, ask them how they came to know it, and listen without lining up your own version.
  3. In the meeting where everyone is performing certainty, be the person who says "we are guessing here, and that is fine," then ask who has firsthand knowledge.

Which of my strong opinions about God came from someone who was actually there?

The deepest reality is not reached by thinking your way up to it. It shows itself, and the one it shows itself to receives rather than achieves.

The way that can be fully described is already not the way. Any report brought back has left the thing itself behind.
